Tassel Flower placemats

This set of two placemats is printed in two colours. The design is based on a reworking of a photograph of the Tassel Flower (Leucopogon verticillatus). This is an understorey plant, native to the karri, marri and jarrah forests and woodlands in the southwest of Western Australia. They are a plant with a very long history, being a member of the Ericaceae family, which flourished when Australia was still a part of the supercontinent Gondwana.
