Our tea towels are hand screen-printed with water-based inks onto 100% linen. The fabric size is 50 x 70cm and the printed area is approx 41 x 55cm.

Hand-printed textiles are unique creations and as a result may have some minor imperfections. We recommend a hand wash the first time, then gentle machine wash after that. Some shrinkage will occur given the fabric has not been pre-shrunk, and try to avoid tumble-drying. Linen ages well but following the first couple of washes the fabric may be crinkly, so just pull it into shape a bit before hanging up to dry. Ironing while still slightly damp or using a steam iron on the back gives an excellent result.

Our tea towels can be framed in a standard IKEA frame. If you’d like to read more about this, please go to our Questions page and see ‘Product Information’ for details
